01. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using the Taxops AI Education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the software on behalf of a Canadian school district or educational institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. Our software is designed specifically for the Canadian educational market, adhering to regional standards of data residency and pedagogical accuracy.
02. Permitted Use of AI Outputs
Usage of our AI-generated personalized education software is strictly for instructional and institutional purposes. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize AI-generated curriculum layers and adaptive dashboards within their specific classroom or administrative context.
- AI outputs must be validated by a certified educator before final delivery to students.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass the Taxops Guardrail Filter is strictly prohibited.
- Distribution of software outputs for commercial resale outside the licensed institution is not permitted.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All proprietary algorithms, the "Guardrail" filter system, and the overall software architecture presented on taxops.sbs are the exclusive intellectual property of Taxops AI Education. While users retain rights to the original data inputs they provide to the platform, the refined, personalized curriculum pathways generated by our AI models are licensed—not sold—to the user for educational use.
We respect the distinction between generative exploratory learning and predictive curriculum mapping. Users must not use our trademarks, brand identity, or proprietary methodology documents for any purpose other than facilitating their internal institutional implementation of the Taxops platform.
Limitation of Liability
Taxops AI Education provides educational software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we prioritize accuracy and pedagogical safety, we do not claim "perfect student outcomes" or specific grade improvements. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, as permitted under the laws of British Columbia.
Implementation Gatekeeper Checkpoint
Institutional administrators are responsible for ensuring that the implementation of AI tools within their jurisdiction meets all localized privacy and curriculum standards. Taxops provides implementation guides, but final compliance rests with the school board or district authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Vancouver, BC.
