01 / Data Harvesting Limitations

Taxops AI Education limits technical data collection to the minimum required for adaptive learning personalization. We distinguish strictly between "Educational Data"—which remains under the control of the institution—and "System Usage Metadata."

We do not utilize browser fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. Our software captures pacing, response accuracy, and learning path preferences to refine the pedagogical model in real-time. No demographic profile is built for advertising purposes.

"Prüfverfahren: All data points ingested by our curriculum layer must pass a secondary validation gate to ensure no personally identifiable information (PII) enters the core AI processing engine."

02 / Regional Storage Protocols

In alignment with Canada’s Federal and Provincial mandates (including PIPEDA and regional FIPPA/PHIPA requirements), all primary student data is stored on high-security servers physically located within Canadian borders.

Primary Node

Azure Canada Central (Toronto)

Failover Node

AWS Canada (Montreal)

By maintaining data residency, we ensure that student information is subject exclusively to Canadian legal frameworks, preventing unauthorized international access or jurisdictional drift.

03 / Student Anonymization

Before any interaction with our personalized learning software, student names and institutional IDs are replaced with randomized cryptographic tokens. This process, known as the Taxops 'Guardrail' Filter, ensures that even if local AI components were compromised, no individual identity could be reconstituted from the learning data.

Structural Integrity • Zero PII Exposure

04 / Institutional Controls

Educational institutions retain the right to audit, export, or delete any data associated with their specific implementation license. We provide a dedicated administrative interface for Data Protection Officers (DPOs) to manage these requests autonomously.
